Recieve An Offer
Prospective buyer places an offer on your home.
Negotiate To Sell
Most offers to purchase your home will require some negotiating to come to a win-win agreement. The CG group is well versed on the intricacies of the contracts used and will work hard to protect your best interest.
Prepare to Close
All negotiated repairs and inspections will be performed. All contingencies will be removed during this period.
Close The Deal
“Closing” refers to the meeting where ownership of the property is legally transferred to the buyer.
